He is also a TAB Certified facilitator, guiding advisory boards to optimize revenue and profitability alignment.

Madhavan is an accomplished financial expert and entrepreneur, formerly serving as Promoter and Managing Partner of Sept Securities, the sole NSE member in Pondicherry. He successfully launched Harmony Capital, pioneering a hedge fund in the CAT 3 Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) sector. A Chartered Market Technician (CMT), Madhavan introduced The Alternative Board (TAB) to Pondicherry and Chennai, empowering business owners with strategic guidance to achieve their visionary goals. With expertise in behavioral finance, Madhavan integrates psychological principles into financial decision-making, enhancing strategic insights and risk management for clients.

Suren brings over 24 years of corporate IT expertise, including leadership roles at Cognizant, where he led a $2 billion business unit's Centre of Excellence. Transitioning to entrepreneurship, Suren partnered with The Alternative Board (TAB) to launch executive coaching and business advisory services in Chennai. His focus is on empowering progressive business owners to achieve personal and business goals through strategic advisory and leadership development.
